*Based on the new articles of H.U.A. (article 4, par. 2) the regular members are divided into “Active” and “Non-active”. The members who are consistent in their financial obligations (subscriptions) are considered as “Active”. The regular members automatically become “Non-active”, in case of delay of their annual subscription payments beyond three (3) consecutive years.

Cancellation Policy & Name Replacements
Name replacements are allowed until 26 September 2022.
In case of cancellation until 26 September 2022, an operational fee of €50,00 will be charged
After the above-mentioned date (27 September 2022 and onwards) full cancellation fees will apply (100%)
Refunds will be made after the end of the Conference.
