Above prices are valid per room/per night and include breakfast and taxes, except of the Accommodation Tax (per room / per night) applying since 01/01/2018 (under the 4389/2016 law) and payable directly at the hotel’s front desk by the guest, upon departure.
Minimum (mandatory) number of overnights: 3 nights.

1st deposit: 50% of the total booking(s) upon reservation
Full payment: Remaining 50% prior to the Conference and latest by 30 September 2022
Cancellation Policy
Until 30/6/2022: No cancellation fees apply
From 1/7/22 until 31/8/22: 15% of the room block can be cancelled without cancellation fees. For any cancellation above this number, each room will be charged with two nights stay.
From 1/9/22 and onwards: For each cancelled room, 100% cancellation fees apply for the total stay of 3 nights
